He is listing many, many, many duplicate auctions. He only needs one more person to give a "neighborhood watch" for violating the terms of service.

Since they charge for each listing now they did away with the no duplicates rule. Losing 93% of their listings probably had something to do with it too.
Duplicates are not an issue but there is a TOS violation against pre-sales. If you put any comments in the NW watch section you need to change them because you could supposedly get suspended for wrongful NW's.
By the way, it's against AW rules to post auction #'s or identify users without their knowledge. They'll probably let you off with a warning since you're new here.

Thanks for the info. I had no idea they changed the rules. Do you know when they changed. And are you positive about that. You sound like you are I just want to be sure.
Thank you.
On that page they used to define rule #8 SPAM as posting more than 1 auction for an identical item. I noticed a few months ago that sentence had been replaced with what's there now so I wrote Cust Serv & asked. They replied duplicates were acceptable now. They didn't say when it had changed and no other sellers I asked had realized it changed either.
In this case you are OK since you have another TOS issue of pre-sales.

imafrustratedseller,
I'm sorry we didn't see this sooner, but I have deleted your post where you linked to an auction, which also identified an individual, as it is a violation of our Community Guidelines to do so.
Please review our Community Guidelines for further clarification.
Thank you,
Sara
