I have been trying to list on Yahoo for the last couple of days but I get this message that my "feature balance is unpaid". When I go to my account, it shows it's paid and has been paid since the 1st.
How do I correct this problem, who do I call or email? I am very new to Yahoo, only been there a couple of months and don't know my way around very well.

I believe their "Wallet" support number is 408/530-5151. It's listed somewhere down in the info for "Wallet" or at least used to be.
One common problem is that your credit card may have expired and been renewed. They might have tried to debit it under the old expiration date info, had it in effect bounce, and just be leaving it to you to contact them and update... you can also try updating the card info online, again it's buried down in the Wallet page information. I did that once but still had to call on the phone since it didn't update automatically and quickly.
