Well, I admit you do have to keep after them, but eventually someone actually reads your email and responds appropriately. My average is 5 emails per "real" response.
Now, Yahoo Stores is a whole 'nother Yahoo!
I helped a friend set hers up this weekend and we had a problem Friday night about 10:00CST and I sent an email but told my friend it probably would be Monday or Tuesday before we got an answer and it might take several emails to finally get our problem across and get a real answer.
Within the hour, there was a response from a real person and it actually answered our question and gave us step-by-step instructions on how to accomplish what we wanted!
We zinged right along until it came time to put all the Merchant Account stuff in so we emailed again. This was on Sunday EASTER DAY and within 1 hour we had another real email with very detailed, easy to understand instructions and a phone number and contact person to call for additional help!!!!!
Now, if the auction folks could do 1/2 that well, I would be yelling YAHOOOOO!!!!
All I want is to find a way to get my FVFs back sooner than 17-60 days when I know 5 minutes after the close that the buyer isn't going to complete the deal because they email to say so and I still don't know how to get my FVFs back on a refund. I've got 7 emails invested in that question so far and still haven't gotten a real answer...

sulyn1950 the light at yahoo is slowing growing brighter. I must be lucky because I have good luck with them. They even removed negs from my feedback left by deadbeats. Try getting ebay to do that!
