"Dad sells from other Web sites, too. He tried Amazon.com's auctions, with disappointing results, and recently set up shop at Yahoo. He intended to put his catalogue at LewWalker.com, but the vanity domain name I gave him for Christmas doesn't work because I made errors registering it.
"Mistakes don't bother Dad. He makes plenty of his own, yet goes out of his way to make sure they don't affect customers. His buyers have no idea how much trouble he has monitoring his auctions and e-mail."
