I forgot where I reported here the bug in the Bulk Loader that miscounts the auctions you can load. But I reported it to Yahoo last Sunday and they finally got back to me. Here, for your amusement is is the report and the response:

When are you going to fix this bug in
the bulk loader?:

"CSV: You already have 555 and adding 47
would put you over the maximum number
of auctions we allow each user when
bulk submitting (449 Auctions). If you
have closed auctions you can delete
them using your My Auctions/Closed/Sold page."

The # 449 auctions is really the # of
auctions one has left for the rest of
the month. This is not the # you want
there. Before the changes this # used
to be 2900. Now it decreases with the #
of auctions submitted, making the
bulkloader nearly worthless. Not only
that, it forces one to delete most or
all of their closed auctions page to
meet the quota, thus potentially
leading to mistakes in maintaining
records.

I had the same error pop up a few days ago, but was able to upload a batch today. This bug is appearently fixed. (Still have to go back into 'manage your auctions" to add all the descriptions, though. Haven't found out how to add large amount of text into the description cell, even pastin it to the top row.But I'm still looking for the solution )
