I find it very humorous that this "posse" thinks that just because they cant make any money anymore, they will try and stop all who they don’t like that are. I've been selling on yahoo for 2+ years. As of late with the new changes that yahoo has made the "posse" seems to think that if they cant make money anymore they'll stop anyone who apparently is. They need to get a life. They don’t realize that there is no stopping the hard core sellers. NW us all you want. I have 400+ categories and 100 different seller ID's at my disposal (planning for the unexpected never hurts). The money keeps rolling. The challenge is enjoyed. The harder it seems, the easier it is to beat. The fact that the "p@@@Ys" are doing what they are doing tells me making money is not their main goal. Instead it is a game of who can play god.

I AM NOT A MEMBER OF THE POSSE CLUB, BUT I FELT I NEEDED TO RESPOND TO YOUR POST,
their have been many changes at yahoo, some i support, and some i don't, but as long as i am selling on yahoo, i will respect what they want to change, i did make some adjustments, and placed most of my high price auctions over 10 other auction houses, and only 330 on yahoo. but your statement about posse club is not correct, it may appear they are doing this for reasons you say, but let me say that they are doing yahoo, and other sellers a great service, in fact they should be paid for what they do, to clear up the yahoo auction house of auctions that are just plain in violation of yahoo policy, and common sense. i am very busy running several stores, and auction houses, and conventions, but if i had the time i would be proud to help out, i only hope more good people join that fine club, and keep up the good work.

What kind of reputable seller needs 100 ID's? How many negatives do you have between them? All I can think you need so many for is to rip off a bunch of buyers then run & hide under a new one. Is that your violation or is it porn, spam, TOS or wrong category the Posse complains about? Are you guilty of what they claim? You sound like you are and proud of it. You certainly don't seem on the up and up so I'll take a stab at pirate goods.
I personally don't bother with NW, too time consuming, but I'm happy to zip off an email to Yahoo about every rule violater I come across. That's a "game" you don't even get to be involved in so how do you expect to meet that challenge? By the way, where did you get the sales figures for all Posse members?

kasmoon,
>>What kind of reputable seller needs 100 ID's?
One who can't be stopped by vigilante wannabe gods.
>>All I can think you need so many for is to rip off a bunch of buyers then run & hide under a new one.
Wrong. I do nothing immoral.
>>That's a "game" you don't even get to be involved in so how do you expect to meet that challenge?
Not directly but indirectly in the instance you reffered to. You can report and report. I be there day in day out.
>>By the way, where did you get the sales figures for all Posse members?
I dont need them. Thier actions and agenda speak for themself. I'm too busy making money and running my business to worry about others and thier many possible violations.

You skipped the most important questions- what's your violation and are you guilty of it?
So for a year plus you were a one ID "reputable" seller then the NW program began. You ran and signed up for 99 extra ID's "just in case" though you were doing nothing immoral? Then one day the Posse finds you & clicks your ads. You run off to ID #2, I take it they click those and you run to #3 and so on. Has this been going on ever since NW began?

Why do you say "so-called" spam. After 2 years are you not even aware of what Yahoo TOS considers spam? 3 things
Listing an item in a category it where doesn't belong
Multiple ads for identical items running at the same time
Multiple ads for identical items on more than 1 of your ID's at the same time
"Am I guilty? No more so then any other seller is."
What an ignorant statement. I don't spam, my RL friends don't spam and my online friends don't spam. It is our belief that spammers are responsible for causing all we rule abiders to be imposed to 1000 ad limits. If you or anyone has a listing in our categories that doesn't belong they get reported. I've reported several multi ID sellers & you were probably among them. Especially if you make the mistake of running identical titles under many ID's at the same time. That's just too obvious for anyone to miss.
So you say you have 400 categories, how many different items do you list? One?
