high bidder below my cost ....reserve price not met -yahoo closes out...i relist...now bidder wants item at her high bid price...help?????course relisted...all records lost on old listing and bidding....

She didn't meet the reserve, so you're certainly not obligated to sell to her at her high bid. Does it show up in your closed auctions tab?
Obviously she wouldn't have a winner email nor would the auction show on her WON list. I'd diplomatically tell her to get lost-she has no claim to the item.
If you didn't delete it off your closed list it should still be there showing no winner. Send her the link to that page as well.
It's been a long time since I ran a Reserve auction but I think when I relisted I got the automatic "this ad had bidders so a duplicate will be submitted" message.

thanx guys....she ust be newbie...yes i deleted when i relisted...have no records other than i remember she wasn't anywhere near my reserve....ishe sent me ? through other listing - i emailed her back giving her my email and asking her to contact me....haven't heard from her yet...oh well....thanx ...we'll see if i have any trouble with it....
