I got this e-mail from one of my buyers this morning:

I appreciate your help, but I still can't get past the agreement page and
even after contacting yahoo and getting their instructions to completely
reset my browser and reinstall, I still can't send you the money by
Paydirect. (Even after you sent me the notice). I will send you a check,
but if I were you, I'd be complaining about this to Yahoo. They aren't
doing a very good job of supporting you. I have been using Paypal for over
a year and, even though they do charge sellers, I have never had any
problems. Even though I've had to go out and purchase xxxxxxxxx because
I couldn't wait, I will honor our agreement and I hope you have better luck
in the future!

There is nothing like waking up to see an irate customer waiting for you. When she first started having trouble with PD I sent her a request for money and she still couldn't get it through. She really spent a lot of time trying to get this settled.

Is anyone else having a problem with PayDirect? This really stinks.

I have had some problems but about 95% of the deals go smoothly. I feel for you getting an email like that, but it is the fault of technology really, not anything you did. The buyer sounds pissed off and venting.

My cable hook went down for about 10 hours Friday and on Netzero, mad as a hornet, but it's back up now and the memory fades...


You just got hit by his bullet. Couple of ATT reps got hit with mine Fri night. I think this signifies that the holidays are upon us aka people are stressed.

WOW the complaints about pay direct are starting to add up pretty fast in past days I wonder if all these complaints came about the from the day yahoo auction were messed up could list relist.

I signed up for paydirect back on the frist day I havent got any request to use it yet but my guess is that I will in time hopefully yahoo will have the bugs picked out by then .
