traceyg,
I got the same error message today as well. Sent a question through using 'help' section where you can respond clicking 'no' as to enough information at the bottom and copied the error message to Yahoo!. I didn't see any link to "contact customer support" on their website.

No response back as of yet. I went ahead and refused the payment and emailed the bidder of the problem, giving them the option of using another payment method since I couldn't say what the problem was or how long before the glitch would be!

I'm trying to be understanding that such glitches occur, but OUCH! I've got several auctions with bids closing within 48 hours and simply don't know if I should modify my EOA until I know the problem has been fixed!

If anyone finds out it's back up and running fine, please post or suggestions in the meantime appreciated.

I got that same error message a few months ago when I tried to accept someone's payment to me. I wrote Yahoo, the buyer wrote Yahoo, and we never heard back from them, but the "glitch" was fixed a couple days later.

I wish Yahoo would WRITE BACK when they fix a problem, even it it's only a canned letter.

I was able to get a hold of them via phone it was a glitch with there program. Mostly with new account and the lady that was paying me was from a new account. I did just go in and try ago 11:00 Pm E.S.T and it went through okay so maybe the fixed the problem!

BTW Customer service via phone was very fast and friendly.

Heffel I made this animation but AW does have there own animated 'people" then you use modified HTML tags to conform to the AW message boards to put it in the message. Mostly is seems one uses the brackets instead of the < > traditionally used in html

Hope that helps
