I continue to report this and nothing changes.
But your problem is getting worse.
You either need to do something about it or get rid of WBNs.
I had a customer purchase an item on 6/16 and paid for it immediately.
Now here on 7/6 20 days later you send out a WBN.
THAT IS RIDICULOUS!
FIX IT!
So far all you have said to me is that you passed it on.
Who did you pass it on to? The tooth fairy?
Vendio recently purchased Andale maybe you should look at folks there to see if they know how to fix problems.

I'm sorry about that. I do see we have a bug logged, and we've done some investigation of the problem, but we've not been able as of yet to see the root cause. Unfortunately, not many users are reporting the problem, so we don't have many examples to work from. Can you provide the item number for this listing? We will take a closer look but we do need this information to proceed.
Thank you - I have checked and I see that the date we are showing the WBN going out was 7/6, despite the fact that the item closed on 6/16. I'm not sure why this happened, but I have posted this example in our bug #4404 (for your reference). We'll post back and let you know what happened as soon as we hear back from engineering.
