Ever since my items have been migrated from Vendio checkout to eBay's checkout, my listings have not been automatically being marked as "paid" in Vendio after PayPal payments are made during eBay checkout. Is this just how it is from now on, or is something wrong? I really want things to be automatically checked off as "payment received" in Vendio, like they always had been.
There is a system to catch these and you may not have ever set it up previously. From the My Account page in your Vendio account, click on Post Sale Acceleration. From here use the 'click here' link near the top of the page and this will give you the IPN directions for PayPal. Once enabled we will be able to mark those items as paid for you automatically, but it will only work for items paid for going forward, it cannot catch the ones that have already been missed.
