Does an unsold item from an Ebay auction return to the inventory account? If so, when I launch the item again does it realize it is a relist?
The reason I ask this is I have been moving the unsold items to a seperate folder so I don't get them confused, launch the relists, and then move the moved items back to their original folder for future use. As I am sure you can imagine, it is VERY time consuming. I basically just want to avoid launching two of the same item at once, I want to make sure to get my relist credits and so on.

Hi there,
When you say unsold, do you mean items that didn't get paid for but sold successfully? If the answer is yes, We do NOT track the non-paying bidder disputes with Ebay. So having an unsold folder is a good idea.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.

No I meant "Listed-on-ebay-but-got-no-bids" type of unsold. So an item that qualifies for relisting. When I go to Post Sale and click on Unsold Items...those items. Do they go back into my inventory? And if so, when I list them again just from normal inventory, does it realize it is a relist?
