When I'm viewing orders that need shipment and setting the status to Shipped, sometimes I get a "Failed to update the shipment status of the order" with no other explanation (aside from the order number). This only seems to happen when I use PayPal (via eBay) to print out the shipping label for that order. Is there a way to remove those shipped items from the Needing Shipment list, or to have the status on Vendio updated by the status as shown on eBay or PayPal?
Could you please let us know the order numbers where you are having this problem, so that we can take a look? We might have to have our engineers manually correct this for you.
