I noticed that when a purchase was made in the store, the buyer never received a receipt from paypal telling them that they bought XYZ for this much money and the payment was completed.
I poked around the site and noticed paypal integration, but I use the same paypal account to manage subscription payments for our site and don't want to mess with that if I do the Paypal Integration.
If I understand correctly, if I choose do do the "block" integration, it will funnel everything through vendio.
If I don't do the block integration, then only orders placed through the vendio site will be affected?
I am afraid that if I integrate paypal into Vendio, then it will be difficult to reverse or I won;t know there is an issue until it is too late.
While putting in the PayPal payment block is optimal in order to make sure that you receive notification in Vendio for your PayPal payments, please note that it is not necessary. If you are using the same PayPal account elsewhere, then you should not turn on the payment block. However, please be aware that there will sometimes be cases where a buyer will make payment, but the Vendio order will not be updated to reflect that payment has been made. (So be careful to check your PayPal account regularly for any payments that are not showing in Vendio.)
