Defective items

If your item is defective or we sent you the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of items delivery, based on the date in shipping company's delivery confirmation, and we will pay for the return shipping and send you a replacement immediately upon receipt of returned merchandise.

Any attempt to report and issue with eBay or PayPal, leave negative feedback or positive feedback with a negative comment, will void any return policy associated with this purchase. There is never a case where you cannot work your problem out with us.

 

Instructions for ordinary returns

1) Package the gear along with all tags and a copy of your sales receipt.

2) If you would like to exchange the item then contact us ahead of time to make sure we still have it in stock

3) Write "RETURN FOR REFUND" or "RETURN FOR EXHANGE" on the outside of the box

5) That's it. We'll immediately reimburse you the price of your return upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

Instructions for returns of defective or wrong items

1)      Contact us first and explain the problem

2)      After we determine the item is in fact defective or the wrong item we will reply letting you know whether or not the case falls under our return policy.

3)      Package the gear along with all tags and a copy of your sales receipt.

4)      Use only a standard shipping method, if you use a premium shipping method such as express shipping you will only be reimbursed up to the amount that standard shipping would have cost.

5)      Make sure the shipping company prints the shipping cost on the label. If the shipping cost is not printed on the label by the shipping company your return shipping cost will not be reimbursed.

6)      Write ”return of defective item” on the outside of the box

PAYMENT


We accept PayPal only, no exceptions. All packaging and shipping costs will be factored into the final amount. All auctions and buy it now require payment within 7 days unless otherwise stated in the listing. If you need special arrangements please contact us ahead of time. After 7 days the item will be RELISTED and non paying bidder claim will be filed. If you are unable to make payment within 7 days we are happy to accommodate your situation, just be sure to contact us within the 7 days to let us know when to expect payment. Be aware that USPS parcel post can take up to 10 days to arrive; if you need it sooner then select a faster service.
