Defective items

Instructions for returns of defective or wrong items
1)Contact us first and explain the problem
2)After we determine the item is in fact defective or the wrong item we will reply letting you know weather or not the case falls under our return policy.
3)Package the gear along with all tags and a copy of your sales receipt.
4)Use only a standard shipping method, if you use a premium shipping method such as express shipping you will only be reimbursed up to the amount that standard shipping would have cost.
5)Make sure the shipping company prints the shipping cost on the label. If the shipping cost is not printed on the label by the shipping company your return shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
6)Write ”return of defective item” on the outside of the box

PAYMENT
We accept PayPal only, no exceptions. All packaging and shipping costs will be factored into the final amount. Allauctions and buy it now require payment within 7 days unless otherwise stated in the listing. If you need special arrangements please contact us ahead of time. After 7 days the item will be RELISTED and non paying bidder claim will be filed. If you are unable to make payment within 7 days we are happy to accommodate your situation, just be sure to contact us within the 7 days to let us know when to expect payment.
