TOS:
Item(s) will be shipped either within 8 business days after payment is received or the payment has cleared. This timeframe is necessary due to the high number of customized orders we receive. Due to the high cost of creating our itmes, most are created after they are purchased and to the specifications offered in the listing or to the desires of the customer. Many items also require stone setting or other things to be done before they can ship.
Delivery time, the time that your item is in transit, is additional to shipping time and is completely out of our control. We use UPS and USPS at our own discretion. Standard delivery service is FREE. If you choose to have your package expedited, we will use USPS Overnight Express at an additional charge to you.
Special Orders:
Special orders, orders outside of our standard items, sizes and stone settings, can take 3 - 4 weeks to create and they are not returnable. Please be sure that your special order is exactly what you want before placing and paying for your order because special orders will not be refunded.
We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays. In December, from 12-23 to the first Monday after 01-01, we are closed for the holidays and so that we may do our year end inventory.
We only offer our products to US customers.
We ship to US military personnel using APO and FPO addresses. We also thank you for your service to keep our country safe and free!
Please contact us immediately if there is any kind of problem with your item. We want you to be happy with your transaction and will do what it takes to correct any issues.
Return Policy:
Items not as described - return to us within 7 days of receipt, in same condition as received. All paperwork sent with the item must be included. We will correct the issue or refund your money.
Items damaged in transit will be replaced or money refunded.
As described & undamaged in shipping returns - subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Buyer pays return shipping costs.
