• Select the menu items your want to serve your guests
• Select the type of catering service your prefer from the SERVICES TYPE category
• View your SHOPPING CART
• Change the quantity of  SERVICE TYPE to reflect the # of Hours you need a catering staff
• Change the Quantity for each menu item to reflect the # OF GUESTS (servings) - Great Tip: don't over order on the Main Course Items.  For Example, if you are serving 50 guests, all the appetizers, side dishes, and add-ons should have a quantity of "50".  However, for the Main Course items you may want to consider dividing them evenly.  So, if you selection 2 main course items, for 50 guests, then the quantity for each main course item should be "25".
