On-Site Staffing: Buffet or Sit-Down For the casual environment and allow your guests to enjoy a variety of dishes, consider the Buffet-style table. Guests can serve themselves with the dishes and portions of their choosing. For a more formal environment, nothing beats the elegance and organization provided by a professionally served meal. Your guests will feel pampered and more inclined to socialize throughout the event. Depending on the size of your event, consider your staffing needs in addition to the Head Chef. Our available event staff includes: 1. Front Waitperson 2. Servers 3. Patry Chef 4. Chef Assistant Generally, on-site staffing will require a minimum of 3 hours:
Important questions to ask every Baker or Caterer before hiring: How many years have you been cooking, serving and providing catering services? Our staff is required to have several years of experience in kitchen, serving, and catering services. Are our dishes prepared in advance or prepared on-site? Depending on the type of catering service you need, you order may or may not be prepared on site. Many venue and other locations that you may choose to host your event may not have kitchen access on-site. Therefore, we must prepare in advance and/or off-site in our health inspected, commercial kitchen. What is the cost per serving of my desired menu? The cost of your menu is completely up to you and your overall budget. One nice thing about our website, is that it allows you to choose your own menu and monitor costs per guests. We haven't found any other catering site that does that. There are no hidden fees with us. We want our clients to fully understand all that they are receiving when using our catering services. What is your delivery or Buffet set-up fee? In most cases, you delivery and Buffet setup, breakdown costs are including in the costs of the Servers. What is your cancellation policy? We understand that life happens and things change. You can literally cancel your order at any time. Specific cancellation refund percentages are outline in your Catering Quote, and highlighted throughout the planning process. |
