	eBay Star Developer Award Vendio received the Star Developer Award at the 2005 eBay Developers' Conference in recognition of multiple achievements: for producing the most innovative application for the eBay platform in 2005 - Sales Manager Inventory Edition (SMIE). SMIE is a highly automated sales management service designed specifically to meet the unique operational needs of high volume inventory-based sellers. Over 150 sellers nominated SMIE, which was selected as the most innovative application by a panel that included eBay and other ecommerce industry experts!
	Forbes Best of the Web The Forbes Best of the Web award is given to interesting and useful websites that are carefully selected according to five criteria, including Content, Design, Speed, Navigation and Customization. Vendio received Forbes Best of the Web honors in December 2004 for its diverse lineup of services for online merchants, including its Vendio Stores and Web Hosting services, as well as its wide range of eBay sales and marketing services such as Image Hosting, Image Watermarking, ZoomStream Images, and Gallery. 	Certified UPS Ready As a member of the UPS Product Provider Program, Vendio integrates UPS technology into its software applications and is Certified UPS Ready. The UPS integration includes support for UPS calculated shipping options, which allow sellers to add a shipping calculator to their listings and checkout, making it easy for buyers to calculate exact shipping costs to their zip code. Other features include exported shipping to UPS Worldship and automated item tracking. The features were put through a rigorous testing and certification process by UPS and a third party testing agency before being approved.
	eBay Certified Solutions Provider The Certified Provider designation helps members of the eBay community feel more comfortable with hiring providers to grow their eBay businesses. Certified Providers are carefully screened to ensure that they can provide eBay members with services and solutions to grow their eBay businesses. Among other criteria, participants must have extensive experience with eBay, pass a strict certification exam and provide a number of proven customer references that are checked by eBay.
	eBay Developers Program Member The eBay Developers Program provides technology and resources that enable Vendio to fully leverage eBay's platform, strategies and community. The program provides Vendio with unparalleled innovation, competitive advantage and stability.
	eBay Compatible Application The eBay Compatible Application logo means the application was developed by a member of the eBay Developers Program and was certified to work directly with the eBay Platform. The eBay Compatible logo is provided to Commercial tier members of the eBay Developers Program who have certified their applications for use with eBay Web Services.
	Reviewed by TRUSTe As a licensee of the TRUSTe Privacy Program, Vendio has agreed to disclose its information practices and have its privacy practices reviewed for compliance by TRUSTe.
