New products, more customers lead to two years of GAAP profit, no debt

SAN BRUNO, Calif. April 15, 2004 — Vendio (www.vendio.com), a leading provider of online sales management solutions, today announced profitability on a GAAP basis for two years. The company also reported a record number of subscribers, higher overall gross margins and no debt.

  • A record number of subscribers, with monthly subscriptions growing 66 percent year over year
  • Expanded gross margins to 80% during the second half of 2003
  • Elimination of all debt
