Product Information

CAKES We always use 10" round baking pans to create our full-sized double and triple layered cakes. On our triple layered cakes we may use either the 10" or the 8" round, depending on how delicate and light the cake will bake. A sturdy cake would be baked in 10" round, while a delicate cake will be in the 8" round. This is strictly a safe shipping and packing issue. Only on our tiered cakes would we even consider using a smaller sized baking pan. On average,our 2 and 3 layer cakes are 12-16 servings. Our Bundts Cakes are the biggest! We only use the 10 cup and 12 cup tube and bundt pans to create our standard and over-sized bundts. Our standard bundts will serve 12-14, while our over-sized bundts will serve 15-18 easily. Our Baby Bundts are 1/4th of our standard bundt, an approximate 3 cup bundt pan, and serves 4 generously. It measures approximately 6" across and 4 1/2" high. We generally include these in our Build-A-Basket category. Our Mini Bundts are approximately 1/8th of our standard bundts, an approximate 1 cup bundt pans and is 1-2 servings. It measures approximately 4" across and 3" high. These are generally included in our Gift Baskets and for our Party Planning> Dessert Buffets. To learn more about the types of Cakes we create, visit our Cake-ology page! QUICK BREADS Our Quick Breads are baked in our standard aluminum loaf pan, approximately 9 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 3 1/2". Shipped uncut for maximum freshness and serves 7-10 slices. We use our Monster Loaf aluminum pans for double sized loaves, approximately 12" x 6" x 4 1/2", also shipped uncut and serves up to 20 slices. Great for having guests! Our Mini Loaves are used for gift baskets and promotion samples, approximately 5-1/2" x 3-5/16 x 1-7/8". These loaves serves 2-3 easily and may also be used for cakes in our gift baskets. CUPCAKES Our cupcakes arrive individually wrapped and un-frosted. Our fresh and homemade frosting is included in a separate container and packed with dry ice. You may choose any of our sizes to create your own Cupcake Tree or Cupcake Tower for your party. Our Standard - over sized cupcakes are 3" high, before frosting. A half order, or 6 Over sized cupcakes are the equivalent of half a cake. A full order, or 12 oversized cupcakes are the equivalent of a whole cake. These are also the cupcakes that fit our new line of decorative Cupcake Wrappers. Our Bucket(tm) cupcakes are 5" high before frosting. A half order is 3 Buckets and the equivalent of half a cake, and 6 buckets for a full order is the equivalent of a whole cake. Each Bucket Cupcake is definitely 2 servings! CAKE BALLS Our cake balls are triple-bite sized creative treats. Cake balls are packaged in trays of 15. Large orders for parties may require your Cake Balls to be packaged in larger trays, for cheaper shipping. GIFT BASKETS Our gift baskets are always over flowing with delicious edibles, not filler paper and grass. In addition to our fresh baked desserts, we love to include complementary beverages like gourmet teas, coffees and hot chocolates. While sizes may vary slightly, generally Small Baskets are approximately 7"L x 7"W, Medium Baskets are approximately 8-10"L x 8-9"W, Large Baskets are approximately 10-12"L x 8-10"W, Extra Large Baskets are approximately 12"Lx10"W. BROWNIES Our brownies are always double batched to bake 2" thick in our standard 11"x8"x2" aluminum pan. We always ship our brownies uncut for maximum freshness. We consider our brownie tray to contain 8 servings measuring 4" x 2-1/4"x 2"thick generously. However, there’s plenty of room for you to easily cut 16 - 2" servings to create a Brownie Tree, or even 24 - 1" brownie bites. PUDDINGS, COBBLERS & CRUMB CAKES Our Puddings, Crumb Cakes and Cobblers are baked in various sized aluminum pans. Out Small pans are 7.75" x 7.75" x 3"deep. We consider this to be 6 generous servings. While you can easily serve 9 nice portions from the Small. Our Large is 13" x 9" x 3"deep, which we consider a 12 generous servings. You can easily serve 15 nice portions from the Large Pan. PIES For our pies we always use our standard 10" deep dish pie pans for a nice 3" high serving. Our pies will serve 8 generous slices however, you can easily manage 10 slices if needed. Our MINI Pies are approx. 3 1/2" across and 3" deep. They can be served as individual servings, or sliced into 2, 3, or 4 slice servings for samples. DIABETIC We take great care to bring you diabetic diet approved recipes that you can safely enjoy. Made with egg and sugar substitutes, pure honey, homemade applesauces and more, we are constantly encouraged to challenge ourselves with more and more delicious recipe conversions. Ingredient substitutes and nutritional information are noted on each item description. If you would like something specially converted, just ask us if we can! LOW-CALORIE We take great care to bring you low calorie recipes that you can enjoy guilt free. Ingredient substitutes and nutritional information are noted on each item description. If you would like something specially converted, just ask us if we can! CHEESECAKE Our cheesecake are available in 6" round - Small, 8" round-Medium, and 10" round-Large. Each are pack with dry-ice, and shipped frozen. Upon arrival, let thaw overnight in refrigerator. For quicker thaw, sit on counter top at room temperature. Our MINI Cheesecakes are approx. 3 1/2" across and 3" deep. They can be served as individual servings, or sliced into 2, 3, or 4 slice servings for samples.
