  • I already have a Store on my own domain. Can I still use Vendio?
    Absolutely. Just visit your Store Desinger and follow the few easy steps, and your store will be on your own domain.
  • What does Vendio offer for customer support?
    Vendio offers free email support which is available 24/7. Phone and chat support are also available, M-F, 9am - 5pm, at a minimal cost. Accounts that meet certain revenue thresholds will be provided access to a personal Account Manager for no additional cost.
  • What do I need to do to get started with Vendio?
    We have designed the Vendio Platform to be very easy to set up and use. There are really just two things that you really need to know. When you first log in, you will be on the My Vendio page, which is your Vendio dashboard. My Vendio will assist you in navigating and using the various Vendio products. Additionally, most products have a "Preferences" link - This will allow you to set global settings and automate many of your task.
  • If I sign up for Vendio, do I still have to pay eBay fees?
    Yes. Vendio fees are billed through your Vendio account. eBay will continue to bill you their portion of fees directly through your eBay account. Vendio fees do not in any way offset your eBay fees
  • How can I pay for Vendio's services?
    We currently accept Visa or Mastercard.
  • Is the Free Store SEO friendly?
    Vendio's Store includes pre-built SEO features, which means your Vendio store will automatically be coded with search engine friendly architecture. You will have the option of adding your target, relevant keywords to each category section and product page, which increases your chances if getting your pages ranked higher in the search engine results.
  • Can I use Google Analytics with my Vendio Store?
    Yes, and Vendio makes it so easy. From your Store Designer simply copy and paste your Google Analytics tracking pixel. If you aren't using Google Analytics yet, we strongly recommend creating an account at http://analytics.google.com. This is a free analytics tool that will give you valuable insight into your user traffic statistics, sources, and navigation patterns.
  • Can I customize my Free Vendio Store?
    Vendio offers several ways to customize your Store to create a unqiue, branded shopping experience for your customers. Vendio offers 150+ templates which contain flexible fonts, colors, and background styles and the ability to upload your branded graphics. All the Store pages are fully customizable and so easy to modify - simply drag and drop the navigation and layout using our WYSIWYG editor. Advanced customization is also available for those who wish to completely customize their store.
  • Can I get a live demo of the Vendio Store and Platform?
    To request a personal walk-through of the Vendio Platform and our Applications click on the "REQUEST DEMO" link on the Vendio Home page. A Vendio Representative will typically contact you within the next business day.
  • What marketplaces does Vendio support?
    Vendio's multi-channel platform enables you to sell on eBay, eBay stores, and Amazon and the FREE Vendio Store as well as distrubute your items to Google Product Search, Shopzilla and Shopping.com
  • Can I use the applications without the Vendio Platform?
    Yes, Vendio offers several stand alone applications including Free Gallery, Free Counters, and Free Buyer Appreciation. Additional stand alone applications available for a low monthly subscription fee include Research, Customer Manager, Reviser, and Image Hosting. More Info
