  • What do I need to do to get started with Vendio?
    Our account development team will reach out to you to schedule a set up call, which will take you through all the set up steps and get you on your way.

    When you first log in, you will be on the My Vendio page, which is your Vendio dashboard. My Vendio will assist you in navigating and using the various Vendio products. Additionally, most products have a "Preferences" link - This will allow you to set global settings and automate many of your tasks.
  • If I sign up for Vendio, do I still have to pay eBay fees?
    Yes, eBay will continue to bill you their portion of fees directly through your eBay account. Vendio do not in any way offset your eBay listing and final value fees. However, you can use our scheduler and save ten-cents per listing, and by using our templates, you do not have to use eBay's template designer, which incurs additional eBay fees. We can help you save money in other ways, such as loading your item into Vendio in advance, and taking advantage of eBay sales when they occur.
  • How can I pay for Vendio's services?
    We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.
  • What marketplaces does Vendio support?
    Vendio's multi-channel platform enables you to sell on Amazon, eBay, eBay stores, eBay Motors, Etsy, Amazhon Handmade and MoreCommerce marketplaces.
